The CHARITABLE_PAYPAL_LOG_RAW constant is defined as truthy in this site's configuration, so the PayPal Commerce logger is writing donor emails, phone numbers, addresses, and full token prefixes to the logs table without redaction. Remove the constant from wp-config.php as soon as possible. This is intended for short-lived staging debugging only.
